Dullas Daham Kumara Alahapperuma (born May 14, 1959) (known as Dullas Alahapperuma) is a Sri Lankan politician, current Cabinet Minister of Youth Affairs and Skills Development and a National List member of the Parliament of Sri Lanka.

Alahapperuma was born on May 14 in 1959 at Dikwella, Matara to School Principal parents, Karolis Alahapperuma and Aslin Alahapperuma.
He his married to Pradeepa Darmadasa, (current member of the public performance board) daughter of P.K and Hema Dharmadasa of Galle, and has two children Mahima Induwara and Kaushika Nalanda.
